No setup fee. Nothing due before we do the work.

Three plans, month to month, cancel any time. Federal law says a credit repair company cannot charge you before it has performed the services it promised, and we think that is the right way to run this regardless.

Being clear about scope

What these plans do not include

Every one of these gets sold as credit repair by somebody. None of it is what we do.

Removal of accurate information

No company can lawfully do this. Accurate, current, verifiable items stay until they age off, and we will point them out on your report rather than bill you to challenge them.

A guaranteed score increase

We do not promise points or dates. Your score is calculated by FICO or VantageScore from your whole file, and the effect of any correction depends on everything else in it.

Credit privacy numbers or a new credit file

CPNs and using an EIN in place of your Social Security number are federal fraud. We do not offer them and we will tell you to walk away from anyone who does.

Rented tradelines

Paying to be added as an authorized user on a stranger's account misrepresents your history to lenders. Adding a family member's account you genuinely use is different, and we will explain the line.

Debt settlement or negotiation

We do not negotiate down what you owe. That is a different service with real credit consequences, and we will point you toward it honestly if that is your actual problem.

Legal representation

We are not a law firm. When a file looks like an FCRA claim worth pursuing, we say so and help you find a consumer protection attorney.

Both practices, one file

Already working with us on your student loans?

Active student loan consulting clients get $20 per month off any credit plan, for as long as both engagements are open. One team, one file, one point of contact.

Money questions

What people ask before they sign

If something here is unclear, that is on us. Call (866) 952-5455 and ask.

Start with a free review

Because the Credit Repair Organizations Act prohibits charging before services are performed, and a setup fee collected at signup is difficult to square with that. Setup fees between $70 and $200 are common in this industry, and advance-fee charging is the most frequent basis for federal enforcement action against credit repair companies. We decided not to have that argument.

After your first round of challenges has been prepared and sent, which is typically a couple of weeks after your review. You will know the date before it happens. If we have not done work, we do not bill.

There is a written agreement, which federal law requires, stating the services, the total cost, and that timelines are estimates rather than promises. What there is not is a commitment period. It is month to month and you can cancel any time. You also have a separate right to cancel within three business days of signing, in writing, at no cost.

Most people are best served by Advantage, because direct challenges to the creditors and collectors furnishing the data are where a meaningful share of corrections actually come from. Essentials makes sense if you have a small number of specific errors. Complete is for identity theft, mixed files, or a mortgage with a date on it. We will tell you which one your reports call for after the free review, including if it is the cheapest one.

Yes to both. You can move up or down at any time, effective the next billing month, and you can pause if something comes up. Tell your specialist and it is done.

No. Per-deletion pricing creates an incentive to challenge accurate items in volume, which is bad for your file and bad for your credibility with the bureaus. A flat monthly fee means we can tell you honestly that an item is not worth challenging.

Required disclosures

Credit repair disclosures

Credit repair services are provided by a credit repair organization as defined by the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act. We are not a law firm, a credit counseling agency, or a debt settlement company, and we do not provide legal or tax advice.

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report yourself, at no cost, by contacting the credit bureaus directly. You are entitled to a free copy of your credit report from each of the three nationwide credit bureaus every week at AnnualCreditReport.com, the only source authorized by federal law. Nothing we do is a substitute for a right you already have.

Accurate, current, and verifiable information cannot lawfully be removed from a credit report by anyone. We challenge only information that appears inaccurate, incomplete, unverifiable, duplicated, misdated, or past its permitted reporting period. We do not guarantee that any particular item will be removed or corrected, and we do not guarantee any increase in your credit score.

We charge no advance fees. Consistent with the Credit Repair Organizations Act, you are billed only after services have been performed. You will receive a written contract and a written statement of your rights under federal law before any services begin, and you may cancel the contract without penalty or obligation within three business days of signing.

We will never ask you to create a new credit identity, use a credit privacy number, or use an employer identification number in place of your Social Security number. Those practices are illegal.

Prices shown on this page are current launch pricing and are subject to change. Your written agreement states the price that applies to you.

More on how we work

Fees, guarantees, and the things we will not do.

What is credit repair?

Credit repair is the process of reviewing your credit reports from Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion and challenging information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unverifiable, duplicated, misdated, or older than its legal reporting window. It does not reduce debt you owe and it cannot remove accurate, current, verifiable information. The industry is regulated by the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act.

How our credit practice works

Can a credit repair company remove accurate information from my credit report?

No. Accurate, current, and verifiable information cannot lawfully be removed from a credit report by any company, and it remains until it ages off on its own schedule. What can be challenged is information that is wrong, incomplete, unverifiable, duplicated, misdated, or past its permitted reporting period. Any company promising to delete accurate items is making a claim no one can legally deliver.

Is it legal to charge for credit repair before doing the work?

No. The Credit Repair Organizations Act prohibits a credit repair organization from charging or receiving any payment before it has fully performed the services it promised. That prohibition covers setup fees, deposits, and first-month prepayments. Advance-fee charging is the single most common basis for federal enforcement action against credit repair companies.

Red flags to check any company against

How much does credit repair cost?

Most legitimate firms charge roughly $70 to $150 per month, billed after each month of work is performed rather than in advance, because advance fees are prohibited by federal law. Setup fees are common in the industry but are difficult to square with that prohibition. Our plans run $79, $109, and $149 per month with no setup fee and nothing due before work is performed.

See plans and what each includes

How long does credit repair take?

Each challenge carries a 30-day investigation deadline under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, extended to 45 days if you add documentation during the investigation, so a single round takes roughly a month. Most files require several rounds, and complex files take longer. No honest company can give you a completion date, because the timeline depends on how the bureaus and the furnishers respond.

What is a CPN and is it legal?

A credit privacy number, or CPN, is a fabricated nine-digit identifier sold as a lawful substitute for a Social Security number. It is not one. CPNs are frequently stolen Social Security numbers belonging to children or deceased people, and using one on a credit application is federal fraud. Using an employer identification number in place of your SSN to obtain personal credit is likewise fraud.
